Crack Corn Dip
This creamy crack corn dip is made with salty bacon, sweet Southwest corn, green chilies, and cheddar cheese for just a little heat. Simply mix, chill, and serve with sturdy Fritos Scoops.

- 6 slices bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 cans Southwest style corn, drained (about 15 oz. each)
- 1 can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream sub for Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 large bag Fritos Scoops
- chopped cilantro optional
Add the bacon plus all ingredients (except the Fritos and cilantro) to a large bowl. Stir until combined.
6 slices bacon, 2 cans, 1 can, 1 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup sour cream, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 2 green onions, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp chili powder
Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Top with fresh cilantro. Serve with Fritos scoops.
