Chop the turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni slices into similar sized squares. Combine the turkey, ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, pepperoncini peppers, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Add the mayonnaise mixture to the meat, cheese, and veggies. Stir to combine. Then, stir in the lettuce. Allow at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld before serving. Stir before serving if making ahead.

Hollow out the Italian bread by slicing a large deep hole in the top of the loaf. Use your hands to remove the middle piece of bread.

Cut the middle piece into small slices for dipping.
Add the prepared dip to the hollowed-out bowl.
Serve with the bread slices and crackers.
