Ingredients

  • 12.84 ounces frozen Pierogies thawed (we used Mrs. T’s 4 Cheese Mini Pierogies. You can use any kind but I do like the smaller kind for this recipe)
  • 14 ounces pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Mini Pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon Grated parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil on the side
  • Black olives on the side
  • Chopped green pepper on the side
  • Any toppings you like best on the side

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a small casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Pour half of the pizza sauce into the bottom of the casserole dish, coating the bottom.
  • Place the pierogies in a single layer on top of the pizza sauce. Spoon the remaining sauce over the pierogies.
  • Sprinkle the pierogies with the shredded mozzarella.
  • Top with pepperoni and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh basil, olives, green pepper, (or any of your other favorite pizza toppings) and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • I like to use mini pierogies in this recipe, but you can use full sized ones if you prefer.
  • I used 4 cheese pierogies, but you can use whatever your favorite filling is.
  • Spray your casserole dish with non-stick spray before adding the sauce.
