4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 standard can 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted ½ pure vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon salt
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with non-stick aluminum foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Add the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk to a saucepan and stir over medium heat until it starts to melt. Pour in the butter, vanilla, and salt.
