Air Fryer Garlic Shrimp serves up plum, juicy, perfectly seasoned shrimp in minutes! Serve with noodles or rice for a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Try not to overcrowd the shrimp or they won’t crisp up evenly.

  • Cook the shrimp for 8-9 minutes, until the shrimp has curled up and turned pink, shaking the basket of shrimp halfway through.

  • Remove the shrimp from the air fryer, repeat until all of the shrimp is cooked.

Notes

  • Serve shrimp over pasta or with a starch and a veggie.
  • Feel free to add additional seasonings to customize these shrimp to your tastes.
Storage: Store air fryer garlic shrimp in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
