  • 2 cups Simple Truth baby spinach
  • 2 cups Simple Truth baby kale
  • 1 cup COLD almond milk
  • 1 cup Tillamook Farm Style Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped green apple
  • 1 cup frozen banana sliced (slicing before freezing works best)
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
