Yogurt Marinated Chicken Thighs are a quick and tasty recipe for weeknight dinners. This easy grilled chicken thighs recipe uses boneless, skinless chicken thighs and a delicious garlic, ginger, yogurt chicken marinade. Such an easy, healthy dinner idea for summer evenings!

  • 1 Cup Stonyfield Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 2 Tablespoons Garlic Paste or 3 Tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tablespoon Ground Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 boneless skinless chicken thighs


  • Combine the first 7 Ingredients (through the chicken a large bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add in the chicken and toss to combine. Spoon the yogurt over the chicken to make sure all is covered.
  • Cover and store in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  • Coat grill or grill pan with oil. When ready to cook, heat grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
  • Remove chicken from yogurt but no need to pat dry. Cook each chicken thigh for 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165F.
  • Serve and enjoy!
