Perfectly refreshing, this pineapple agua fresca is one delicious drink. Simple to make, it's a perfect mocktail for your Cinco de Mayo celebrations!

- 5 Cups pineapple diced
- 5 ½ Cups water
- Juice from 1 lime
- ¼ Cup honey adjust to taste
Place all the ingredients into the glass of a blender and pulse until everything is well processed and smooth.
Using a sieve, strain out the pulp of the pineapple leaving only the juice into a pitcher.
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
- Straining the pulp out results is a smoother agua fresca, you can either use a sieve or the lid of your blender.
- You can serve it over ice or just chilled from the refrigerator.
- It’s delicious garnished with mint, basil, lime slices or pineapple wedges.
