Yes! This pineapple agua fresca is a great make ahead drink. Make it all up and then keep it covered in the fridge.
It will keep well for up to 3 days, and just needs a quick stir before serving.

Pineapple Agua Fresca Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 Cups pineapple diced
- 5 ½ Cups water
- Juice from 1 lime
- ¼ Cup honey adjust to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into the glass of a blender and pulse until everything is well processed and smooth.
- Using a sieve, strain out the pulp of the pineapple leaving only the juice into a pitcher.
- Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
