- You can make it less boozy if you want. Just triple the amount of sparkling water or soda.
- You can also use grapefruit slices or lemon slices as a garnish
- This is an incredibly refreshing drink that’s slightly bitter (Aperol is slightly bitter). You can make it less bitter by adding more prosecco.
