Spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray and set it aside.
Pat your turkey breast dry with a paper towel.
1 4 pound boneless skin-on turkey breast
In a small bowl, combine the butter, one tablespoon olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Gently lift the skin away from the meat and rub ¾ of the butter mixture evenly under the skin. Then, rub the remaining ¼ of the butter mixture over the outside of the turkey.
Drizzle the turkey with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and rub it all over the breast.
Place the turkey in the air fryer basket skin side up and cook at 375 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature registers 160 degrees F with an instant read thermometer.
Remove the turkey from the air fryer and cover it with foil. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes, or until the temperature has raised to 165 degrees F.
Slice the turkey as desired and enjoy. Store any leftover turkey in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
