  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with nonstick spray (or brush with olive oil).

  • Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl and drizzle with oil.
    2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub it all over the thicken thighs until evenly coated.

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
