Rosé Sangria is an easy cocktail recipe to make the summer heat more bearable. Made with plenty of fresh fruit and pink rosé wine, this drink is as pretty as it is delicious!

- 750 mL rosé wine (1 bottle)
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup Cointreau
- ¼ cup simple syrup
- 1 lemon cut into thin slices
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- ½ cup peeled and sliced fresh peaches
- 1 cup soda water
- Ice for serving
- Fresh berries for garnish
In a pitcher, stir the rosé, orange juice, Cointreau, and simple syrup together.

Add the lemon slices, strawberries, raspberries, and peaches. Mix well.

Tightly cover the pitcher with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
Once chilled and ready to serve, remove from the refrigerator and add soda water.

Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with additional fresh berries.

- Use fresh fruits, not frozen ones! The difference in taste is huge.
- Don't add the soda water until just before you serve your sangria. That way, it stays nice and bubbly!
- To make your own simple syrup, combine ½ cup of boiling water with ½ cup of white sugar. Let it cool, then you're good to go!
