Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen strawberries 1 pound
  • 750 milliliters rosé wine 1 bottle
  • ¼ cup simple syrup, honey, or agave optional

Instructions

  • Add the strawberries, rosé, and sweetener (if using) to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, about 45 seconds. For a thicker frosé, add a cup of ice and blend until smooth.

  • Enjoy immediately – if the frosé starts to melt, blend it with a cup of ice to make it slushy again.

Notes

  • Feel free to add the sweetener if you like a sweeter rosé, or leave it out for a healthier, low-sugar cocktail.
  • For extra flavor (and alcohol), add ½ cup of vodka, peach schnapps, or triple sec in Step 1.
  • Use whatever fruit you have on hand, such as peaches, raspberries, cherries, pineapple, watermelon, or mango.
