Air Fryer Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese finely grated

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.

  • Brush the pork chops with olive oil. Set aside.

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, and Parmesan cheese.

  • Press both sides of each pork chop into the Parmesan coating.

  • Spray the inner basket with nonstick spray. Place the pork chops in a single layer in the basket.

  • Cook for 4 minutes. Flip the pork chops and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove the pork chops from the air fryer and serve.
