gold and silver sprinkles for rim of glass
Fill each champagne glass 1/2 to 3/4 full with apple cider (depending on how strong you want your mimosas to be).
1 cup apple cider
Top each glass with champagne.
1/2 cup Champagne
Add an apple slice (optional) for garnish, serve, and enjoy.
2 apple slices
- Garnish the rim with caramel, sprinkles, cinnamon sugar, or anything you love.
- Use sparkling white grape juice instead of champagne for an alcohol-free mimosa.
- I highly recommend using apple cider over apple juice, as cider is unfiltered and unpasteurized, giving it a richer, more authentic fall flavor. Apple juice is heat-treated and milder and still usable in a pinch, but not quite the same.
