Ingredients

  • 4-6 oz. brie cheese
  • ½ 10 oz. can apple pie filling or make your own
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tbsp caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 sheet crescent roll dough they now make it in sheets without seams
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • apple pie spice for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Place crescent roll dough on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
    1 sheet crescent roll dough
  • Place brie in the middle of the dough.
    4-6 oz. brie cheese
  • Top brie with apple pie filling, pecans, and caramel.
½ 10 oz. can apple pie filling, ¼ cup chopped pecans, 2 tbsp caramel ice cream topping
  • Make the ends of the dough fold over to cover the brie. Pinch the dough together to seal. Don't worry if it's not perfect, melty cheese didn't ever hurt anybody!
  • Brush the top of the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with apple pie spice.
1 tbsp butter, apple pie spice for garnish
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crescent dough has browned and is cooked through.
  • Remove and serve with apples, crackers, graham crackers, or toasted bread. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use the crescent dough in sheets, without seams, so that the filling doesn't escape.
  • Use a triple-cream brie for a super rich bite.
