Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the tomatoes on the baking sheet. Use a brush to brush the tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
6-8 stem tomatoes on the vine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and some begin to burst.
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.

Storage: Store balsamic tomatoes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
