Balsamic Tomatoes Recipe

These balsamic tomatoes are such an easy and versatile way to jazz up any dish. They're sweet, savory, tangy, and bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 6-8 stem tomatoes on the vine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the tomatoes on the baking sheet. Use a brush to brush the tomatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
    6-8 stem tomatoes on the vine, 2 tablespoons olive oil, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until tomatoes are tender and some begin to burst.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil.
