Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 cup hulled strawberries
  • ½ banana sliced

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
8 oz. cream cheese, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 cup hulled strawberries, ½ banana
  • Spread over your favorite bagel or toast.

Notes

  • Plain, whipped, or block cream cheese works, as does low-fat. Don't use savory-flavored cream cheese.
  • Room-temperature block cream cheese blends more easily than cold cream cheese.
  • Just ripe bananas will add just the right amount of sweetness
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 week.
