Cinnamon Sugar Microwave Apple Chips
Thinly sliced apples are coated in a cinnamon sugar mixture, and microwaved to make these snackable apple chips.

- 3-4 apples thinly sliced any type will work
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp sugar
Sprinkle the apple slices with cinnamon and sugar to taste. A little goes a long way!

Place the apples in a single layer on parchment paper and place in your microwave. You will need to work in batches depending on how big your microwave is.
Cook for 5 minutes on high, or until the edges curl.
Flip each apple slice and cook for another 90 seconds.
Allow to cool and dry for at least 2 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
- To bake in the oven, they take about 40 minutes, though they turn out just a bit crispier.
