Place the pecans, chocolate, and German chocolate bar into the crockpot.
16 ounces chopped pecans, 24 ounces melting chocolate, 4 ounces German chocolate
Cover and cook on LOW for 90 minutes.
Stir the melted chocolate to completely coat the pecans.
Add the caramel bits, stirring to combine with the other ingredients, and allow to melt for about 3-5 minutes.

Scoop the chocolate covered pecans out and place on a sheet of parchment paper, leaving space between each turtle candy.
Melt the semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe container in 15-20 second bursts, stirring each time until smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate chips over the clusters and garnish with holiday sprinkles (if desired).
