Remove the chocolate ice cream from the freezer. Let soften at room temperature for about 15 minutes, until soft enough to stir.

Mix the ice cream, milk, bourbon, rum, Frangelico, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a large bowl.
½ cup whole milk, 5 ounces bourbon, 5 ounces dark rum, 5 ounces Frangelico, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Pour this cocktail mixture into an airtight freezer container. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours, up to 48 hours, stirring ever 12 hours.
To serve, remove the cocktail mixture from the freezer and stir well. It will be very slushy.
Spoon the cocktail into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and garnish with pie crust “cookies.”
