Healthy Chicken Salad Sliders
These Healthy Chicken Salad Sliders are made with yogurt, cranberries, and almonds for a creamy, crunchy, and satisfying sandwich.

- 6 whole wheat slider buns or pretzel buns for some added flavor
- ½ lb. shredded and chopped rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup Granny Smith apples cubed
- 1 cup grapes red or green, halved
- ¼ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 6 lettuce leaves for the buns
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients (except the buns).
½ lb. shredded and chopped rotisserie chicken, 1 cup Granny Smith apples, 1 cup grapes, ¼ cup slivered almonds, ¼ cup dried cranberries, 1 tsp garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste, ¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
Scoop out a spoonful of the chicken salad, and place it onto each bun lined with lettuce. Secure with a toothpick, if desired.

- Add your favorite mix-ins; try celery, pineapple, or pecans.
- So each bite is well-balanced, cut the mix-ins small.
- Toasting the almonds adds more depth of flavor.
- Make sure the grapes are dry, so they don't dilute the taste of the chicken salad.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
