hot (about 175°F)

granulated sugar
or to taste

milk

Instructions
Add the tea bag, hot water, and granulated sugar to a small bowl. Allow the mixture to sit for five minutes.

1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Then, remove the tea bag and transfer the tea mixture to the fridge to chill for five minutes.
Fill a glass with ice and add the chai tea concentrate. Top with milk and stir gently. Enjoy immediately.
