Lime Sherbet Punch (St. Patrick's Day Punch)

This bright green punch is flavored with lime and pineapple, easy to make with just a few ingredients, and can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce Kool-Aid lemon-lime powdered drink mix (2 (¼-ounce) packages)
  • 46 ounces canned pineapple juice chilled (1 large can)
  • 8 cups cold water (2 quarts)
  • 4 liters ginger ale chilled (2 (2-liter) bottles)
  • 16 scoops lime sherbet for serving

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except the sherbet) in a large punch bowl (or split the recipe into two large pitchers). Stir to combine.
    ½ ounce Kool-Aid lemon-lime powdered drink mix, 46 ounces canned pineapple juice, 8 cups cold water, 4 liters ginger ale
  • You can add the sherbet directly to the punch bowl or to each individual glass when ready to serve.
