Mango Smoothie Recipe

This mango smoothie recipe is the perfect pick-me-up to jump-start groggy mornings. It's quick, healthy, and oh-so refreshing!

Equipment

  • Kitchen Scale (optional)
  • High Powered Blender

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces frozen mango* 454 grams (1 bag)
  • cups almond milk** 341 grams (or skim milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey*** 22 grams, plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until fully combined. If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more mango.

Notes

*Using frozen rather than fresh fruit makes this smoothie super rich and creamy. It also means we don't have to add any ice, which can dilute the flavors.
**I recommend almond milk or skim milk to keep this smoothie healthy and low-calorie, but any milk will work. I think coconut would be delish!
***Maple syrup or agave would also work.
