Mimosa Bar (+ Bellinis)
This mimosa and bellini bar is great for so many holidays and special events. Perfect for bridal and baby showers, birthdays, wedding receptions, or just a Sunday brunch with the girls.

For Mimosas
- 32 oz. orange juice or other fruit juice, such as pomegranate, cranberry, mango, etc.
- 750 ml Prosecco Champagne and sparkling wine also work, or use sparkling water for alcohol free
For Bellinis
- 16 oz. frozen sliced peaches (1 bag) or other fruit, such as strawberries, pineapple slices, or blackberries
- 1 tbsp agave nectar any liquid sweetener works
- 1½ cups water
- 750 ml Prosecco Champagne and sparkling wine also work, or use sparkling water for alcohol free
For Mimosas
Pour the fruit juice of your choice into the bottom of a champagne glass, about ¼-½ of the way up. Top with Prosecco or sparkling water. Garnish with fruit if desired.
32 oz. orange juice, 750 ml Prosecco
For Bellinis
Place 1 bag of fruit, 1 tbsp of agave nectar, and 1½ cups of water in a blender and pulse until well combined. Pour into a cup or container and set aside.
16 oz. frozen sliced peaches, 1 tbsp agave nectar, 1½ cups water
To make your bellinis, pour fruit of your choice into the bottom of a champagne glass, about ¼-½ of the way up with fruit. Top with Prosecco or sparkling water. Garnish with fruit if desired.
750 ml Prosecco
- Each recipe will yield approximately 8-9 drinks per bottle of Prosecco.
