Everything Bagel Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature (1 standard package)
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced chives
  • 1 teaspoon minced dried onion
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Optional for dipping crackers, baguettes, celery, cucumber, and carrots

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chives, dried onion, and dehydrated minced garlic. Beat until fully combined (about 2 minutes).

  • Place a large sheet of plastic food wrap on the table, use spatula to scoop all the mixture onto the plastic food wrap, and wrap up to form into a ball shape.

  • Wrap tightly in food wrap and place the ball in the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Place everything bagel seasoning on a plate and roll the refrigerated cheese ball in seasoning to fully coat.

  • Serve with your choice of crackers, vegetables, and bread.

Notes

Storage: Tightly wrap any leftovers and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
