Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, chives, dried onion, and dehydrated minced garlic. Beat until fully combined (about 2 minutes).
8 ounces cream cheese, ¼ cup sour cream, 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese, ¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons fresh minced chives, 1 teaspoon minced dried onion, ½ teaspoon dehydrated minced garlic
Place a large sheet of plastic food wrap on the table, use spatula to scoop all the mixture onto the plastic food wrap, and wrap up to form into a ball shape.
Wrap tightly in food wrap and place the ball in the refrigerator for an hour.
Place everything bagel seasoning on a plate and roll the refrigerated cheese ball in seasoning to fully coat.
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
Serve with your choice of crackers, vegetables, and bread.
