Creamy Grape Salad Recipe

This creamy grape salad recipe is about to be your new favorite dish for spring, summer, and holidays. Grapes mixed with sour cream, cream cheese, brown sugar, and pecans make a delicious salad!
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 small orange
- 4 pounds seedless grapes green and red
- 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3-4 tablespoon Fisher Nut Topping or Fresh Gourmet sugared pecans
In a large mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese, sour cream, brown sugar, vanilla extract and orange zest.
Add grapes and toss gently to coat.
Cover and refrigerate, up to 24 hours, until ready to serve.
One to four hours before serving, uncover and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Refrigerate, uncovered, until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with nuts.
