Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Chop 2 heads of broccoli into florets and set aside.

To make the firecracker sauce, in a large bowl, whisk together oil, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha (optional), and lime juice.

Add your broccoli in batches, coating completely in the sauce and then transfer to a baking sheet in a single layer.
Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. (For an extra kick, add some red pepper flakes).
