Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water, then drain.

Season chicken with salt, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
1½ lbs boneless chicken tenderloins, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp smoked paprika, ½ tsp black pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon each sun-dried tomato oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.

Add remaining oil and butter. Sauté shallot for 2 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook for 30 seconds.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1–2 minutes, until slightly darkened. Pour in wine and scrape up any browned bits. Simmer for 2 minutes.

Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth.

Add spinach, pasta, and chicken. Toss until spinach wilts and pasta is coated, adding reserved pasta water as needed for a silky sauce.

Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and fresh basil. Season to taste and serve with additional Parmesan.
