Pizza Sliders Recipe

Pile the pizza toppings onto some dinner rolls, and bake until hot to make these easy sliders!

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a casserole pan with a sheet of parchment paper.

  • Using a serrated knife, slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the rolls onto the pan and remove the top.

  • Sprinkle the cheese on the rolls and layer the pepperoni over the cheese. Spread the sauce over the pepperoni.
    1½ cups freshly shredded mozzarella cheese, 48 slices pepperoni, 1 cup pizza sauce

  • Place on the top of the rolls and brush the pesto over the rolls. Sprinkle the parmesan over the pesto.

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until the rolls are toasted.

Notes

  • Do not separate the individual dinner rolls from one another.
  • Packaged pepperoni is easier to separate than deli-sliced.
Storage: Store pizza sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
