Strawberry Salad is the perfect go-to salad recipe for any occasion. Of course it's best when strawberries are in season in the summer, but I could eat this any time! Toss it with sweet and sour dressing, some sugared almonds, and you're good to go!

Homemade Croutons - make a day earlier - see recipe
Sweet & Sour Dressing - see recipe
Instructions
Toss the mixed greens, strawberries, cheeses and almonds together. When ready to serve, sprinkle with croutons and serve with Sweet & Sour Dressing.
