- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Italian salad dressing
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place 4 raw chicken breasts in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
In a small bowl, mix the Italian dressing and garlic powder together.
1 cup Italian salad dressing, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Pour the dressing evenly over all chicken breasts.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F. Be sure to check the middle of the thickest part of the breast.
Remove the chicken from the oven. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all 4 chicken breasts. Place the pan back into the oven and bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese creates a lightly golden crust.
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Remove the chicken from the oven and serve hot. Drizzle with extra dressing from the bottom of baking dish and garnish with fresh parsley.
