- 3 cups ice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 ½ cups frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
