Hot Pumpkin Pie Cocktail

This Hot Pumpkin Cocktail is like sipping a warm slice of pumpkin pie, so it's the perfect fall drink. Ideal for those chilly evenings after dinner, or at any party or get-together. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups cinnamon vanilla Baileys Irish cream
  • ½ cup vanilla or pumpkin pie vodka
  • 1 can pumpkin puree not to be confused with pumpkin pie filling
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Cool Whip or another whipped cream topping

Instructions

  • Bring the milk, Irish cream, and vodka to a boil in a large pot.
    4 cups milk, 2 cups cinnamon vanilla Baileys Irish cream, ½ cup vanilla or pumpkin pie vodka
  • Once boiling, turn down the heat to low and stir in pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Stir quickly to incorporate.
    1 can pumpkin puree, 1½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Serve warm, topped with cool whip or whipped cream, and garnish with a little more pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon.
    Cool Whip or another whipped cream topping
