Ingredients

  • ½ gallon apple cider cold
  • 15 oz. pumpkin canned
  • 12 oz. cream soda
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup Everclear you can leave this out if you prefer a mocktail version
  • apple slices for garnish
  • Cool Whip or whipped cream for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, stir together the cider and pumpkin. Use a large whisk and stir until fully combined. If you'd like it to be extra smooth, you can pour through a cheesecloth or small wire mesh strainer, but I didn't find it necessary.

Notes

  • Make sure to buy pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • Leave out the Everclear for a non-alcoholic punch.
  • Place the ingredients in the fridge so you can enjoy the punch cold right after preparing it.
  • Store for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
