Cheesy Ranch Broccoli Chicken Burritos

These Chicken Ranch Wraps are the best of both worlds: the satisfying flavor of a burrito in the form of a healthy chicken wrap recipe! Broccoli, cheese, ranch, rice, and chicken are wrapped in whole wheat tortillas for an easy and delicious lunch.

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked white or whole grain rice
  • 2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 1/2 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


  • In a large bowl, combine rice (while still hot), broccoli, chicken, ranch seasoning, water chestnuts, and 3/4 cup cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Sprinkle the middle of each tortilla will the remaining cheese. Scoop 1/4 of the chicken filling onto each tortilla and wrap, tucking in the ends.
  • Grill each burrito (I used a Foreman Grill) for about 8 minutes, or 4 minutes on each side if using a grill/stovetop.
  • Serve hot, enjoy!
  • ***Note: You can freeze these and save for later. If freezing, wrap in foil until ready to make. Remove from foil and heat in microwave at 30% for 1 minute 30 seconds, and then for another 30-40 seconds on high, or until fully thawed and melty.
