How to Make Pumpkin Cold Foam
Add some fall flavors to your iced coffee with this delicious pumpkin cold foam. Simple and easy to make at home, this creamy coffee topping is seasoned with pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and cinnamon.

Whip the heavy cream in a large bowl until it starts to thicken then pour in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and whip again until stiff peaks start to form.
1/3 cup heavy cream, 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add in the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and salt and stir until the pumpkin is fully integrated.
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, A pinch salt
Add ice to two mugs or cups then pour in the coffee.
2 cups coffee as strong as you prefer
Add a few dollops of the cold foam on top and serve with a dust of ground cinnamon if desired.
- Make sure that your cream is cold, it will be much easier to whip.
- Don't over mix the creams. Stop when stiff peaks form.
- Use on iced coffee, not hot. Brew your coffee, let it cool and pour over ice before adding the cold foam.
