Sugared Cranberry Ginger Mimosas

Mix cranberry juice, ginger ale, and champagne, and top with sugared cranberries, to make these easy sugared cranberry mimosas.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 oz. ginger ale or ginger beer
  • 2-3 oz. cranberry juice orange, apple, or any juice works
  • 2-3 oz. champagne omit for virgin mimosas
  • sugared cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a champagne flute. No need to stir, the bubbles will make sure everything mixes up enough.
    2-3 oz. ginger ale or ginger beer, 2-3 oz. cranberry juice, 2-3 oz. champagne
  • Top with sugared cranberries.

Notes

  • For best results, cranberry juice, ginger ale, and champagne should be chilled before pouring.
  • Don't stir the cocktail as this can cause them to lose their sparkle.
  • These are pretty low in alcohol but very easy to drink, so enjoy responsibly!
