  • 8 ounces good quality white chocolate 227 grams, chopped
  • 4 cups heavy cream 908 grams
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract 2 grams

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan set over medium heat.
8 ounces good quality white chocolate, 4 cups heavy cream, ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Stir until the mixture is simmering, then reduce to low heat. Do not boil the mixture (watch carefully).
  • Remove from the heat once simmering and serve, topped with marshmallows as shown or whipped cream.

Notes

  • Don't let the pot boil or the ingredients can separate. It should be heated, not bubbling.
  • Try swapping the vanilla extract for a different flavoring like peppermint or orange!
