Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Dip

- 6 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1-2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups chopped romaine and/or iceberg lettuce chop the lettuce into small bite-size pieces
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated, if possible
- ½ cup crushed croutons
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and salad dressing with an electric mixer until fully incorporated and fluffy. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9” pie plate or 9x9 baking dish.
6 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup Caesar salad dressing
Top the cream cheese mixture with chicken, then lettuce, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
1-2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, 2 cups chopped romaine and/or iceberg lettuce, kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Sprinkle with Parmesan and croutons then drizzle with a little Caesar salad dressing.
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, ½ cup crushed croutons
Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables. Enjoy!
