2¼ cups mayonnaise, ½ cup ketchup, 1 tablespoon Buffalo sauce, 1 tablespoon pickle juice, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, ¼ teaspoon ancho chili powder, ¼ teaspoon ground paprika, ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- Yield: This sauce recipe makes about 2¾ cups. A serving is 2 tablespoons.
- For a chunkier texture, try adding some pickle relish.
- For a healthier option, swap some or all of the mayo for Greek yogurt.
- When I have fresh herbs on hand, I like to mince some up and add them to the sauce for a little extra flavor.
