Equipment

  • Air Fryer (click for my favorite)

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces bowtie pasta 1 standard box
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions. If the package does not have al dente instructions, cook the pasta for 1-2 minutes less than the recommended cooking time.

Notes

  • Any short shape of pasta will work here, like penne, rotini, elbows, or rigatoni. Basically you need a pasta shape that has enough surface area to hold and to scoop up some dip.
  • You can dip these chips in any sauce you like! I recommend Alfredo sauce or even ranch!
  • To make gluten-free recipe, use gluten-free pasta.
  • I don't recommend freezing them.
