Strawberry Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

- 3 cups romaine lettuce chopped or torn
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce chopped or torn
- 1 pint fresh strawberries rinsed, dried & sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded, or your favorite
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
- ½ cup sugared almonds store-bought or homemade
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- croutons store-bought or homemade
- poppy seed dressing store-bought or homemade
Combine all ingredients in a large serving bowl and gently toss.
3 cups romaine lettuce, 3 cups iceberg lettuce, 1 pint fresh strawberries, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, ½ cup feta cheese, ½ cup sugared almonds, kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, croutons
Drizzle with the desired amount of poppy seed dressing and sprinkle with croutons.

Serve immediately with extra croutons served on the side (especially if the croutons are homemade). Enjoy!

- Any nuts work, or for a nut-free salad, add pumpkin seeds.
