4 russet potatoes
Rub the potatoes on all sides with olive oil and sprinkle them with kosher salt.
1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook them at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
Sour cream, Shredded cheese, Chopped cooked bacon, Chili, Sliced green onion, Butter
Scrub your potatoes well under running water to clean off any dirt.
Feel free to add seasoning blends to the outside of your potatoes, such as Italian seasoning , Creole seasoning , or chili seasoning for a little extra flavor.
Poke the potatoes all over with a fork before air frying them to prevent them from accidentally bursting and creating a mess!
Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed. Otherwise, you'll end up with soggy potatoes.
Test for doneness by inserting a knife into the center of a potato. If it pierces easily, they are done; if not, they need more time.
