Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are a simple way to make baked potatoes as a side dish or main course.

- 4 Russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Optional Toppings

- sour cream
- shredded cheese
- chopped cooked bacon
- chili
- sliced green onion
Wash the Russet potatoes well and pat them dry. Poke each potato a few times (at least 5 times) with a fork.

Rub the potatoes on all sides with olive oil and sprinkle them with kosher salt.

Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook them at 400°F for 20 minutes. Flip the potatoes and cook for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender.
Slice and serve with your favorite toppings.

- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed. Otherwise, you'll end up with soggy potatoes.
- Test for doneness by inserting a knife into the center of a potato. If it pierces easily, they are done; if not, they need more time.
