Irish Cream Shake

Combine Irish cream and coffee flavored ice cream for a delicious and comforting Bailey's milkshake.

Equipment

  • Kitchen Scale (optional)
  • High Powered Blender or Hand Mixer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coffee ice cream 150 grams, vanilla or chocolate are also good options
  • 1 cup milk 227 grams, any type of milk works
  • 3 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream 85 grams, or use Kahlua for a deeper coffee flavor

Instructions

  • Place ice cream, milk, and Irish cream in a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • Top with chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips, and whipped topping if desired.

Notes

  • Nutritional information does not include optional ingredients.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, make this Irish cream recipe, but leave out the whiskey. Then mix it with the ice cream, and you'll have the same flavor, minus the alcohol.
