These breakfast burgers are filled with fried eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, cheese, and anything else you like, served up on toasted bagels.

- 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
- ½ pound pork breakfast sausage
- 1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Kosher salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter ¼ stick
- 6 large eggs
- 6 bagels sliced in half
- 6 slices cheese
- 12 slices cooked bacon
- 6 slices tomato
- 6 pieces lettuce
In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, sausage, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.

Divide the mixture into 6 patties. Place the patties on a plate and season with salt.

Heat a large skillet or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Melt butter, then cook the patties for 4 minutes per side, or to your desired doneness.

Remove the patties from the skillet and crack in the eggs, cooking until they reach your desired doneness.

- You can make these burgers with all ground beef if you'd prefer.
- In place of the Worcestershire sauce, you can use soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos in a pinch.
