Crockpot Steak Bites are just flavorful enough to make your mouth water while still being versatile enough to pair with just about any side dish you can think of. Above all, they’re tender as can be, which will keep you coming back for more!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak cubed
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (¼ stick)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning (1 packet)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley optional to garnish

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients (except the parsley) into your crockpot and stir to combine.
    2 pounds sirloin steak, 1 cup low-sodium beef broth, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 2 cloves garlic, 1 ounce ranch seasoning, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • Cover and set to high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.

Notes

  • You can use tenderloin, ribeye, or New York strip steak instead of sirloin.
  • You can use vegetable broth instead of beef broth.
  • Feel free to swap the ranch seasoning for your favorite seasoning blend, such as Italian seasoning, Creole seasoning, or taco seasoning.
  • Choose a tender cut of meat for the best results.
  • Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking to allow it to cook more evenly.
  • Try adding some caramelized onions!
  • Take care not to overcook the meat, or else it could become dry and tough.
  • Internal Temperature Guide:
    • For rare steak bites: 125-130°F
    • For medium-rare steak bites: 130-140°F
    • For medium steak bites: 140-150°F
    • For medium-well steak bites: 150-160F
    • For well-done steak bites: 160-165°F
Storage: Store crockpot steak bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
