Baked Korean Hot Wings Gochujang Wings are spicy, sweet, and savory!

what you need:

soy sauce

sesame oil

black pepper

granulated sugar

vegetable oil

beef sirloin




In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and pepper. Add the beef and toss to coat.

Heat the oil in a large wok or skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the beef and liquid and cook, stirring until browned, about 3-4 minutes.


Allow the remaining liquid to simmer in the skillet until it begins to thicken, then add the garlic and scallions and cook for 1 minute.


Add the broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and baby corn, cooking and stirring for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.


Return the beef to the skillet and stir fry for 2 more minutes, until warmed through.
